The BUILDING MATERIALS Sector emerged te highest traded sector as it covered 47.7 percent of today's turnover with a recorded of 190,261,549 units of shares traded in 110 deals worth over N4,590,556,169.36; A total volume of 90,181,854 was traded in the BANKING sector valued at N514,326,695.36 in 2,730 deals which is 22.6 percent of today`s total turnover. Gainers & Losers

The highest gainer today was FLOURMILL PLC with an increase of N0.97 to close at N91.00, PZ followed with N0.70 increase, then ETI and NESTLE with N0.52 and N0.51 increase respectively. While on the Losers` side UACN emerged the highest as it dropped N1.24, followed by OANDO with a drop of N1.00, while NIG BREWERIES and WAPCO came down by N0.80 and N0.69.
