The company has declared an Interim Dividend of 3 kobo for every share of 50 kobo, subject to the necessary approvals and applicable withholding tax.
Eligible shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday, May 8, 2026 will receive the dividend on Friday June 5, 2026.
